NEW! We're introducing your 3 to 6 year olds to basic movements. In these 30 minute classes they'll learn how to control their bodies and maneuver in dynamic and athletic ways. Lessons will be broken down into simple directives tailored to their developing minds.
Our Kid's classes offer your child the opportunity to meet new friends, connect with mentors, and learn transferable skills that will help them in all aspects of life. What we teach at Ronin MMA Club is about instilling strong values and promoting positive personal growth! As your child makes the journey from white belt to black belt, they learn about goal-setting and discipline. As they practice new techniques with their friends, they gain teamwork and leadership skills. Each class helps them gain focus and listening skills. All while they're learning the fundamentals of self-defense!

Our classes will take you through a series of techniques, drills, and controlled sparring sessions that emphasize leverage, technique, and strategy over brute strength. As you train, you'll improve your physical prowess, as well as cultivate mental resilience, focus, and problem-solving skills as you navigate the chess-like dynamics of Jiu-Jitsu.
Grappling gives you the tools to off-balance your opponent and bring them to the ground. Our classes incorporate various stand-up, takedown, and ground fighting martial arts including sweeps, trips, clinching, lateral throws, head and arm throws, hip toss, side guard, side control, half guard as well as all the traditional grappling offensive and defensive moves.
Our adult MMA classes are a fusion of various combat disciplines, carefully crafted to help you master the dynamic art of blending striking and grappling techniques. Geared towards adults of all backgrounds and experience levels, each class is a dynamic combination of striking techniques from disciplines like Muay Thai, boxing, and kickboxing, as well as grappling and submission techniques inspired by Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and wrestling. You'll learn to effectively punch, kick, knee, and elbow your way through stand-up situations, while also honing your ability to clinch, takedown, control, and submit opponents on the ground.
A self-defense program for women based on the techniques of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. We will teach you how to neutralize the most common attacks ranging from having your hair grabbed to being pinned to the ground by a weapon-bearing assailant. You can start the program at any time and participate in any class without previous experience. Unlike most self-defense systems that rely heavily on strength, speed, and coordination, the techniques in this program employ leverage, technique, and timing, so anyone, regardless of age or athletic ability, can make them work against larger opponents.
