Where are you located?

You can find us at 114 Bennett Street in Norwood. We're directly behind the Police Station that sits on Main Street.

Do I have to have any prior MMA experience to attend?

Not at all! Whether you stepped in the cage last weekend or have never stepped on a mat in your life, we're ready to guide and refine every skill you'll need to achieve your goals. 

What are the age ranges for classes?

Little Ninjas - our toddler program, for children 2-6 years old

Kid's Classes - ages 5 to 17

Adult Classes - ages 18+ (Additionally, we do allow some teenagers to participate in our adult classes if they demonstrate the ability and are better paired with students of a similar adult size.)

Do you offer a discount for family members?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer family discounts. We hope to bring these kinds of savings to our community as soon as possible after we get settled into our new location with all of the additional offerings we've been investing in for our members.

Can I freeze my membership?

Yes! Please notify us at least 2 weeks in advance of your freeze date. We can only freeze your account for 4 weeks at a time.

How do I cancel my membership?

Please speak to Ron or send us a message directly through your member portal. We will need at least 4 weeks notice in advance of your desired cancel date to process your departure. We understand things just don't work out sometimes, but we hate to see you go!
